mid year exam

for my other classes 4M1 dan 5M3 -
susah nak cakap.. klu awak blm boleh berlari.. berjalan jelah.. kan ada yg dah jatuh tertumus.. klu dah terjatuh cikgu jugak yg susah.. biarlah merangkak, berjalan, kemudian dah pandai barulah berlari.. ikut lah langkah demi langkah.. jgn ikut skim cepat kaya dan skim cepat dapat A.. nanti bangkrap atau trus dpt Dodol..

huhuhu..  penat .. mengarut meraban ..  zzzzzzz

dah habis tanda kertas peksa..

just imagine masa mula2 dpt klas nie bi sorangpun x lulus masa y5.. huhu
sedey2..mula2 ajar ... hampa2.. tp skrg dah ader perkembangan yg baik
nak gerakkan bbrp org lagi yg sgt2 berpotensi sebenarnya
tp masih blum sedar diri... huhuhu

well i dont care whatevar other teacher/pupils think
'we must be more strict in marking'
'the exam paper is quite easy'
'lulus cukup2 makan je..' (dengan nada.. ala, apa nak bangga)

membara jerk dengo semua tuh.. ade aku kesah?..
first; aku tanda ikut format yg sama dr mula.. plus tulisan buruk mmg x bagi muka..
second; soalan senang bukan aku buat..negeri buat dan mereka tentu buat ikut standard..
last; to me they deserve every mark they get..   border nor border..
they have their journey.. just look at their beginning marks and where they end up right now..
isn't it something to be proud of.. dr 18 markah (E) naik hingga 50 (C) after 5 months of effort..
they have work hard for it. apa salahnya give them the applause they deserve..
don't deny their effort please
eventhough ist not A (that would be miracle)
its a small success for them.. the one that not comes easy..
a little success that i hope will put them in motion..


next motion:
mantapkan lagi cara menjawab paper1,
hafal dan mahirkan penulisan Q1 simple sentences
bagi up confident tulis ayat compound for Q1 (utk yg dah mahir simple sentence tp blum berani tulis compound /complex sentences)
hafal dan praktis simple reasons Q2
start menjawab Q3 dengan ayat2 tersangat mudah (hilangkan phobia dengan Q3)

doakan kami lulus dan dapat keputusan lebih baik dalam next exam dan upsr ya!


p/s: kegembiraan bagi guru2 ialah bila anak didiknya berjaya

semalam selesai sudah teknik menjawab bi UPSR...
Y6 pupils dibahagikan kepada 2 kumpulan..
of course my group is kump 2.. 6m4 and my class 6m5
working together with kak L for this group..

a fewdays before is quite hetic for me
preparing slide show..
preparing materials..
plus kena bertugas d smk TM untuk softball..
kelas tuisyen mlm..
selesai teknik menjawab trus flat..
kepenatan..

i really hope my pupils understand how to answer BI UPSR
and most important is to apply the technique given
when u try.. there is hope

number of pupils who pass this exam for my 6M5 is incresing from 3 to 5.. (out of 22 pupils)
although slightly miss my target which is 6 but i am still very happy with you guys
i acknowledge some who had tried their best..
even if you didnt reach there yet, i believe u will in the near future..
next target is 8 or more..
come on yay! you can! let's rock the next coming midterm !!!!!

still new with you guys..
need to start from basic again
eventhough u r the first class..
but the average joe is just to average..

expectation

i know its hard to keep up with someone else expectation..
but still i think expectation is nescessary ..
its like a marking point of what u should achive..

if u dont have any expectation for urself
seems ur life is just like lalang that move to any direction..

expectation thats come from oneself  lagik bagus
tp klu korank cam xde apa2 expectation kat diri sendrik
terpaksalah cikgu pushkan expectation cikgu kat korank..

kekadang rase cam cikgu jer yg all out want to 'perah' the best from the pupils...
but the pupils seems to care less.. its frustated at some point.. but one should not give up..

i will not give up on you all my 6M5 ...
x kire la korank kelas ujung ke aper..
atau cikgu2 len nk kate korank nie camne..
so dont give up on me.. not now!

that is because i want the best from u..

so... kalau dlm last ujian 3/22 org dah mencapai tahap lulus dlm bi..
i hope this next exam lusa the number will top up to 6 at least..
the more the merrier.. and the rest will have significant improvement in their marks..

dah habis tanda mark bi thn 6m5..
3 org lulus, 5 org above 30 dan baki 14 org lg adelah menunjukkan peningkatan
esp paper2 question 1 n 2 compare ujian feb harituh..
for me masih jauh lagi matlamat aku nie..
the problem is paper 1.. penguasaan vocab masih  blm cukup..

cuti skola dah mula tp x cuti..
esok ader kls ngan y6..
hrp2 ramai dtg..
klu x dtg sia2 lah aku prepare bhn..

dont be nurul.. dont quit now..
